SUMMER ADVENTURE

Join us for The Best Summer Ever! Let your kids come for a fun filled week where they will learn, explore, get dirty, swim, laugh and play, while seeing the YMCA Core values of Honesty, Respect, Responsibility & Caring at the forefront of each week. All weeks include STEM, games, arts and crafts, recreational swimming, physical activities and outdoor activities!

Summer Adventure is for anyone who has completed Kindergarten – 5th grade this summer (entering 1st- 6th grade in the fall). A $25 non-refundable deposits is due at the time of registration in order to secure a spot. Remaining payments will be scheduled two weeks prior to camp.

School’s Out for the Summer (Week 1) June 8th-12th

School is officially out. Let's start off by celebrating the freedom of summer with a week full of fun, games, and no homework! This theme week is all about fun, freedom, and leaving the classroom behind. Campers will enjoy relaxed days filled with games, creative activities, water fun with no homework, no schedules, and lots of laughter. Campers can kick back, make memories, and welcome summer in the best way possible. Get ready for a week of sunshine, smiles, and summer fun!

Grossology (Week 2) June 15th-19th

Who’s ready for a wildly fun and fascinating camp experience where science gets a little gross but in the best way! Campers dive into the yucky, gooey activities. Through hands-on experiments, interactive games, and silly challenges, campers explore topics like slime, germs, smells, and other “eww!” moments that make science unforgettable. This week is packed with a lot of gross and messy things.

STEM Week ( Week 3) June 22nd-26th

It’s a brain-boosting, hands-on camp adventure where campers build, tinker, test, and occasionally fail (in a fun way!) week. From wacky experiments to clever creations, kids use science, technology, engineering, and math to solve challenges, try cool ideas, and prove that being smart can be seriously fun.

Party in the USA (Week 4) June 29th-July 3rd

It’s time to celebrate in camp style! During Party in the USA Week, campers will enjoy a week full of dancing, games, crafts, and lots of smiles. We’ll play silly outdoor games, make colorful creations, and enjoy fun activities that feel like one big summer party! This week is all about having fun, being kind, and making new friends. Wear bright colors, bring your biggest smiles, and get ready to party at camp!

Game on! Campers vs. Counselors (Week 5) July 6th-July 10th

Get ready for the ultimate showdown! During Game On! Campers vs. Counselors Week, campers will team up to take on their counselors in a friendly, high-energy series of games and challenges all through the week. This week is all about fun, fair play, and friendship, win or lose, everyone will leave with a laugh. Will the campers claim victory, or will the counselors defend their title? Join us to find out… Game On!

Recycled Art Week (Week 6) July 13th-July 17th

Get creative while caring for our planet! During Recycled Art Week, campers will turn everyday recyclable materials into amazing works of art. Using items like cardboard, plastic bottles, paper, and fabric scraps, campers will explore sculpture, collage, and mixed-media projects while learning about recycling, reusing, and reducing waste. This week encourages imagination, teamwork, and environmental responsibility as campers discover how “trash” can become treasure. Let’s create, collaborate, and help make our world a little greener, one masterpiece at a time!

Beat the Heat (Week 7) July 20th-July 24th

When the temperature rises, the fun turns wet! It’s all about cooling off with splash-tastic games, refreshing water activities, and tons of summertime smiles. Campers will dive into action with water relays, water balloon toss, sponge tag and other creative ways to stay cool while staying active. Laughter, teamwork, and plenty of refreshing fun make this the perfect week to escape the heat and enjoy summer to the fullest, just don’t forget your sunscreen and a towel!

Sports Spectacular (Week 8) July 27th-July 31st

Get ready to move, play, and cheer! During Sports Spectacular Week, campers will try a variety of sports and active games designed to build skills, confidence, and teamwork. From classic favorites to fun twists on new games, there’s something for every camper, no experience required! This week focuses on healthy habits, teamwork, and good sportsmanship, all while having a blast staying active with friends. Whether you love sports or just love to play, this week is sure to be a slam dunk!
