If your membership stays in good standing, this fee will only be assessed one time. Those renewing within 30 days of expiration and those coming from other YMCA facilities will not be charged the joiner fee. You must have a letter of good standing from your previous YMCA facility.
Senior citizens (62+) receive a 10% incentive.
*Please note that a family includes head of the household and applicable dependents as claimed when filing Federal Income tax.
Complimentary Memberships for Military Families
The US Department of Defense, YMCA of the USA, and Armed Services. YMCA of Mount Vernon is proud to support our local military by offering complimentary YMCA memberships to all qualifying Title 10 military personnel and their families.
Eligible military families and personnel include:- Family members of deployed National Guard and Reservists.
- Active Duty Independent Duty personnel and their families as approved by their Military Service Headquarters.
- Relocated spouses and family members of deployed Active Duty personnel.
