A place to be well, chat with friends, and feel great. Our fitness center has a full line of cardio, selectorized, and free weights at your disposal. On your first visit make an appointment with one of our fitness center attendants to make you feel comfortable with our specific line of equipment.

Want a great indoor work out? Try indoor cycling with one of our many experienced instructors. Indoor cycling give you a great cardio workout while allowing you to be social and bond with your cycle mates. Sign up for a time that fits your
schedule.

Yoga unites your mind, body and spirit while increasing strength and flexibility. It also increases your relaxation and helps with respiration. The class includes traditional
yoga poses which help with balance and strength.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation and balance and health. We think that you'll be addicted after your first class. It is a great way to clear your mind.
